NOVASIND EPIC consulting was founded by James Smith, who is an interdisciplinary consultant who has consulted for CEOs, professional sport coaches and athletes, and military special operations leaders in the area of cultural establishment, psychological preparation, strategy, technical/skill development, tactical evolution, global load management and applied preparatory engineering since 2003.
Process
NOVASIND’s niche EPIC consulting process focuses on the optimization of leadership through high stake decision making, critical thinking, negotiation, and cultural change. NOVASIND seeks to serve as a unifying agent for change. The concepts that are shared during the process owe their influences on aesthetics, epistemology, gastronomy, physics, mathematics, psychology, and military special operations. This is notably different from the myopic perspective that often infects the cultural engineering of most institutions, and certainly the education of organizational leadership.
